Build Parcel from Line

This option will generate a parcel by walking around a hole in a parcel network.
It can be used to make a parcel for a cul-de-sack road using an across road connection at its entrance as the start line.
As it walks around the lines, it uses the parcel dimensions from those lines to build the new parcel.

Enter the plan name, lot number and lot type in the dialogue box.
Then select the first and second point with the mouse.
When walking around the hole, it will not use any connections but will only use lines that are lot boundaries.
The exception is the start line and this can be an across road connection so that cul-de-sac lots can be created.
